Irish, Scottish and Dutch folkmusic with a difference. Dieb, William, Maceál and David sing and play on instruments like fiddle, tin whistle, gitouki, squeezebox, mouth organ, bodhrán, Highland pipes, border pipes and tea-chest bass. This diversity of instruments, a varied repertoire and an original presentation make a concert of Rapalje a special act. Dressed in medieval kilts, Rapalje performs in every conceivable venue.

Rapalje is:
Dieb - vocals/violin
David – thin whistle/highland pipes/border pipes
Marceál – vocals/gitouki/box/bodhrán/mouthorgan/ tea-chest bass
William - vocals/ gitouki/ tea-chest bass

Sheep on the Boat is a quartet that plays Irish/Celtic folk music, both traditionals and own material. The band was formed in February 2013, after a short performance in Vlaardingen [NL]. Since then, the Sheep have played their music in many different places, with enthusiastic responses from the audience.

Sheep on the Boat is only present on the Saturday.

Originally the Scottish Gaelic word 'ceilidh' means 'companion' and stood for a social gathering of family and friends. Music and dance often were very important aspects of these occasions, and now ‘ceilidh’ became the word for a traditional Scottish dance party, which everyone can join!
